I got a saddle pad embroidered at the RMWF, they did not do it how I had asked and the stitching was extremely messy. They said that it wasn’t their fault because it’s the end of the week and they were tired. I asked if they could do any refund on the embroidery cost and they said no and that if I asked anyone they would say it looks fine. Everyone I have shown it to says it looks weird how they did it. I now have an expensive Back on Track saddle pad that I can’t use
