Great place for dinner with family. Wide variety of authentic and unique dishes that were savory and flavorsome, good portion sizes that were easily shareable among 6 adults, and reasonable prices. Reservation recommended.

Never a bad experience here, even during COVID. Just had dim sum today with the wife and everything was fresh and delicious. Don't let the low ratings (mostly regarding the service) trick you, the service at T.Pot is just fine. Highly recommend.
I vowed not to go back even though the food was good due to very rude servers who bring out the food from the Kitchen during Dim Sum. But... I gave it a second chance and 1 year later went back. Food still good, but again, servers bringing out the food throw plates on your tables and don't even bother to say "excuse me" when they reach over you and put their armpits in your face! Not impressed on the service and would give it 4/5 if the rating was solely based on food, but the service quality is definitely a low 1 out of 5. BTW, Check your plates because 9/10, they will have a little somn' leftovers, YUK!

Duck was juicy with lots of wrappings and condiments included, crab was fresh and veggies were done perfectly in a flavourful pork bone broth.
We just left there and I’ve never felt so disrespected ever at a restaurant. The server gave us a menu and as I was looking through it .. it didn’t have all the items on that certain menu . So I asked about it and she’s like all the items are on that menu . So I started looking Through the website and showed her that these are the ones I want to order . She went to grab another menu( Which she said earlier there was only that “ 1” menu) and LITERALLY THREW IT AT US AND WALKED AWAY . Im pretty sure the food taste great as I read great reviews on it . But that one sever was absolutely RUDE !!! That I didn’t feel comfortable there and I walked out . Never again will I set foot in that restaurant!!!! 0 STARS .
Tasty food, but very poor service. I ordered pickup at 4pm and was told they would be ready in 20 min. I got there at 4:45 and still waited for another 20-30 min. One of the waitresses said sorry when she handed me the dishes but she looked like doesn’t care at all. I wonder if this’s normal for them because no one made me feel like they are sorry sincerely.
Always super busy. Food is consistent. A staple for my family. Portions could be larger some dishes are laughable. Not much bang for your buck but we keep coming back for the consistency.
