We really like Toys"R"Us at Market Mall. It's a smaller size Toys"R"Us compared to the others in Calgary. This results in some items not available. However, they make up for that by putting on awesome events that occurred monthly until the pandemic set in. I have signed up for many Lego events and my little ones have always had fun. I have fond memories of those events and look forward to more as we move pass covid. They also have some popular items and have great staff that try hard to help you. Plus, you are shopping in a wonderful mall so it's very convenient.

I am giving this store a five star because of The sales associate Yousouf. There was another girl who was very rude and ignore to help us. Yousouf was amazing and went the extra mile to help us. He was fast and friendly. Thank you!
I'm not a big fan of TRU in general. I've never had good service at any of the locations and rarely find what I'm actually looking for in store. This one surprised me when I was in a few days ago. My son desperately wanted a particular Hot Wheels item and I was able to find it easily. The store wasn't overly busy so I didn't have to wait in a line to get in, which was a nice bonus. The check out staff were super friendly and actually had a conversation with me instead of just staring at their phone while also trying to ring me through. (Sorry I can't recall his name, but he was working the mall exit cash register on Jan 8th at approx 6PM) Keep up the great work!
Would not even waste your breathe trying to go for an interview. They give you a time and a place after you submit your resume and get a call back from them. Then when you show up before the interview time and say you're here for the scheduled interview, they say there is not nor was one scheduled. To me, it sounds like favouritism and rooked hiring.
Friendly and Welcoming staff
I've been working at this location for 2 and a bit years and it has some of the nicest people I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. All of the managers are extremely polite and kind, as are the other staff. Management is eager to help, especially when it gets overwhelmingly busy, and the floor workers are quick to help out when a cashier calls. I love this place and think everybody should understand how fun and educational it is working here
Poor service, badly trained staff.
They were so helpful with a special order we made but after a month of waiting it was no longer available from the manufacturer. They honoured our price in another item which was ore expensive but they gave it to us for the same price. I feel like the managers went above and beyond to make our experience great. I think a lot of people go into stores expecting to be treated like royalty when they don’t give the same respect to the workers. People do what they can with what the company allows them to do. I am thankful that this location made our interaction a great one and went above and beyond to help us out :) thank you Stacy and a Michelle for all your help.
