The entire process from end to end was superbly handled. Jared visited our property to pre-field the appointment, understand our needs and give his suggestions on how best to make adjustments in our yard to ensure healthy growth for our trees, shrubs and bushes. The estimate matched the cost of the job performed; inclusive of pruning and disposal. Will and Dan (amazing!) showed up early on the day of the job and completed the tasks safely and expediently. They even went the extra mile to rake up the leaves already on the ground as part of the cleanup effort. Total Tree Solutions is a top notch company doing really great arborist work in a city that has a rather hostile environment for trees! Jarrett and Steve came out and did assessments on several trees, ranging in age from 30 - 5 years, some of which had been struggling for several years with oyster scale, blight etc. Wanting to keep these trees if possible we’ve gone with a plan to treat and prune them with hope of renewed vigour and growth in the spring. However there is also a backup plan for replacement with a mature tree if nature doesn’t cooperate! When our appointment day arrived Danny and his team arrived punctually, worked with diligent expertise and cleaned up completely afterward. I have to say the one big tree out front he did a crown clean and power wash on to remove scale has not looked so good in years!! I can actually see the real colour of the bark, not just the grey scale! All this at an affordable price with fantastic service. Thank you Jarrett, Danny and team, and Steve working behind the scenes at the office to keep it all rolling.
The total tree Solutions team were highly professional. They removed a large birch stump and planted a 5k pound 20 yr old Japanese lilac. The tree is healthy and looks like it’s been there it’s entire life. They have the knowledge and equipment to perform large and complex jobs. Jaret makes himself available for follow up questions which was an added bonus for me. Thanks for the great work
WOW! In February I started searching for an arborist and of the three I called, Jarrett was the only one to respond and quickly. I received a timely estimate, suggestions as to the best options for helping my spruce stay healthy and was kept up to date as to when the work could be done. Jarrett and his associates spent a full day pruning, trimming and removing a tree and shrub. They cleaned the driveway before beginning and cleaned up debris as they worked through the yard. I was extremely pleased with the results and will definitely have Total Tree Solutions return to maintain my yard.
We've been having problems with our trees for over 10 years and have had many companies come out to look at the problem. We've never received any solid advice nor have we seen any improvement; only a continued decline in the health of our trees. Total Tree is the first company to come out and provide guidance and a plan to improving the health and look of our trees. The team did an excellent job on all of our trees. Our yard has not looked this good or appeared this healthy in 10 years. The entire team was professional and a pleasure to work with. The pricing was also quite reasonable for the amount of work we had done. We're very happy with the work and the appearance of our yard. I highly recommend them.
