CANADIAN CUSTOMERS, READ THIS!! I have been a VIP customer at Torrid for many years, and have spent a lot of money there. In the last 1-2 years, I have noticed a huge decline in the quality of their products, and their online customer service has become abhorrent. Torrid denies that they have a warehouse in Canada, (and that's why Canadian customers are charged such exorbitant shipping rates,) but on my most recent orders, I noticed that my shipments were originating from within Canada. I investigated further and confirmed with Purolator that my orders had actually shipped from a warehouse in Etobicoke, ON. When I contacted Torrid and inquired about this, Torrid refused to respond to my messages, and promptly cancelled all of my orders without providing a reason. (There was still plenty of stock on all of the items I had ordered.) Apparently you're not supposed to question their shady business practices? My bad. I've come to realize that Torrid treats its Canadian customers like garbage. I highly recommend avoiding this company altogether, but if you have to shop here, definitely avoid shopping online!! You're just getting ripped off if you do.

I went into this store over the long weekend and I had a pretty good experience! I waited pretty long to get in and unfortunately the dressing rooms weren’t open but it is COVID times and I completely understand. The staff was friendly and helpful with helping me understand the sizing options, lots of things were on sale! Would’ve been nice if they had more stock however.

This store has really great staff, they are always super friendly and helpful! The sales are amazing too, and the clothes super cute. I only wish that the company didn't charge so much for shipping to Canada (40) since they carry more styles online than in store, and have sales more frequently online too.

Went in for the (miracle) bra I've been hearing about online, but unfortunately that style only went up to DDD - which doesn't make any sense for a plus size store. The sales woman helped me find a different option, but im still disappointed.

This location needs some changes to make shopping here easier with all the Covid-19 restrictions. Most of the stores in this mall have fitting rooms open but this store does not, so you basically have to buy and hope for the best and make returns if things don't work out. The store is small so there isn't much room for social distancing so there's often a wait to get in. I waited over 25 minutes in line just so I could make a return that took 60 seconds to process, as did a woman in front of me. Super frustrating and a waste of time. Either open the fitting rooms for try-ons or designate one open spot in the store for those just trying to make returns.

I needed new summer outfits for work. The sales associate who was incharge of the wash station at the front of the store was so extremely rude. She told me I had 15 minutes to do my shopping because they were closing in 20 minutes. She never asked me if I needed a hand (which I did) just huffed and puffed, shot me and my daughter dirty looks while she swept the store. The other sales associate was the complete opposite. She finished with her customer and checked me out . I was able to asked her what I was looking for and she told us about store promotions. Never made me feel like a burden once. This was June 10/2020
