Studios provides preliminary Code reviews & Bylaw checks for tenants to know what can be expected in terms of timeline and permitting. Preliminary Space Planning & Schematic Design: This exercise allows the client to know early if the space suits their desired needs. Also, if the configuration will correspond to their workflow. Coordination of Engineering team: Our extended team includes direct relationships with Mechanical, Electrical, and Structural Engineers; Civil and Geotechnical Engineers, Building Envelope Specialists, and NECB Consultants. Depending on the project size and needs, our in-house team will proactively engage the necessary auxiliary team members to best bring the project to fruition
