Three North Clean services were fantastic. We recently moved into our first home. Megan and Jessica were so great. They were able to accommodate our short notice schedule. Our move in clean was completed with great care and was very thorough. Maksym also completed our carpet cleaning with the same great care. Services are wonderful and support safe COVID guidelines. We have recruited Three North Clean for 2 of our moves now and we wouldn't chose any other company. We look forward to recruit ing your services again soon. Thank you again!

Lots of difficulties with them. I originally had booked them for a Move out clean of my old place I sold. I was THOROUGHLY impressed with the original cleaning team. Hard working, prompt, informative and did an excellent job... but that's where the good ends... The carpets were supposed to be cleaned in my old place and I received no set appointment time for the carpet cleaner... instead, I got told multiple stories of WHEN he would arrive and even then, he arrived at 9:30pm (2.5 hours after the original ETA for when he would be at my place). But I gave them the benefit of the doubt and booked them again when I moved into my new place because the maids did such an excellent job... however... the original maids that were booked for the clean called in sick the morning of the appointment and I didn't find out until half an hour after the appointment was scheduled (I was then late for work) ... But it was fine, this stuff happened I get it. Eventually the new maids came and did a good job. Then the carpet cleaner was supposed to come at 7pm again to do the carpets... 7:30 rolls around and he's not there. After calling the company I get a text of a screenshot (they declined my call) saying the carpet cleaner's truck broke down and he wouldn't be coming. (This is what caused the cleaner to be late the FIRST time) ... what bothers me, however, is that based on the screenshot I received via text; the company knew for over an hour he would not make it and I had to call them to find out. (And got quite the sarcastic remark that unless one of us go fix his truck no he's not coming tonight) ... In the end... the maid service I think was great... the carpet service for me was unreliable, unorganized, and unprofessional. Also, management and their admin staff have a SERIOUS communication problem with their customers. They are unorganized and unprofessional.
Had a great experience. Hired Three North Clean to clean my condo after we moved out and my tenants moved in. They did a great job! Thanks
