Unless you are doing a complete new garage or complete garage renovation, don’t waste your time with this company. Owner Don only interested in projects worthwhile to him. That means big money projects. No follow up after a week tells me if the job is too small they don’t bother. The reply the owner wrote was nothing what we discussed on the phone. There was no mention of Covid-19 whatsoever as to why no one got back to me.

One star and only because of the product. Customer service deserves 0 stars. Decent product that I am happy with but dismal customer service. Purchased Proslat walls and Proslat cabinets long ago and was recently looking to add to walls with hooks and get a power lift as well. Easiest customer to please as I was willing to drop 500 on simply buying the product in store. Nothing in stock so follow up was promised. No follow up whatsoever. I even called to complain and no proper follow up. I still don’t have the product and it’s been a month since I wanted to purchase the product. Too bad because I have gotten many compliments from friends and neighbors but I would never recommend The Garage Store due to the poor customer service. Your better off buying direct from Proslat’s website.
