We went to TH in search of a gas insert for our existing wood fireplace. Jason was exceptionally helpful from the minute we walked in the door. He was very knowledgeable and didn't mind explaining things to us. We had been to a few other fireplace companies in Calgary prior to going to TH and knew right away that we would be purchasing from Jason from our first visit. TH carries a variety of brands (not the case at other retailers) and he had the technical knowledge to be able to quote our fireplace without a visit to our home (efficient and safe during COVID!) But it gets better... Upon install of our fireplace (that was scheduled and the trades arrived on time and without issue) it was discovered that there were significant issues with the existing gas lines in the home that not only were non-compliant with city codes, but that were also exceptionally dangerous. Jason (who also is a certified gas fitter - not just a sales man) and his fantastic gas fitter Ryan made it their mission to right all the wrongs in our house, ensure our safety and get us up and running as quick as their very busy schedules would allow. Over the course of three weeks Jason personally visited our house at least 4 times to ensure his team had the info they needed for a successful remediation, and his team was here 6 times to correct our issues. They shuffled schedules around as needed and produced the documentation we required. On top of it all their pricing was beyond fair and was amazing value for the service we received. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend TH or Jason and Ryan for a second. You will not find a more committed, professional, qualified team in Calgary. I only wish we needed another fireplace, if for nothing else but to thank TH. We will use them for all gas work and stone work (the other arm of their business) in the future.

Our experience with Timberwolf (TH Fireplaces) has been excellent from the showroom to the finished install and inspection. All levels of service showed exceptional knowledge of their product. After using the fireplace daily for a few weeks we are delighted with the ambience and heating features. It is everything that was promised and more. Jason in the showroom and home assessment and Ryan and Josiah our installers went the extra mile to make sure the finished aesthetics were perfect. Elsie kept us up to date and the process was seamless. Even though they were extra busy they provided us with excellent customer service. Thank you so much and a Merry Christmas to all.
Jason and his team replaced my old existing fireplace with a beautiful new one. I can’t say enough about this company and their hard work and attention to detail. Everything was as promised and more!
