I saw all the negative reviews and it got me worried that I had this company delivering my package but everything went smoothly so I wanted to post this for others. Customer service was quick and easy when I called about the status of the package. Turned out there was a small mishap on what was reported on the site vs where the package actually was. My notes to the driver didn't get passed on BUT he actually called me to verify why I wasn't on the buzzer (My unit number is but not my name). One of the few times delivery companies have done this, for example the other day Purolator didn't do this so I had to drive to pick up the package the next day. DHL TForce CAN do a good job, I'd trust them in the future. I hope this helps ease the mind of others in the future

I've tried contacting them 4 times. 3 packages were shipped at the same time, through the same location. 1 was delivered the next day. the other 2 haven't changed status in over a week. It was supposed to be delivered today and contains a birthday gift for my daughter - her birthday is Friday. So far sounds like they lost them. Issue has yet to be resolved. If I don't hear back and my issue isn't resolved by the end of the week, I will likely file a complaint with the BBB.
I recently ordered from Carter's to buy a gift for my nephews. I live in a condo and provided my property address. The driver \attempted \ delivery twice but left a note in the system that they couldn't get access to the building. I was home and so was my husband. No attempt was made to call my phone or our buzzer. Apparently drivers aren't obligated to call you. Holding my package hostage because a driver is not attempting contact isn't acceptable. Two calls to customer service and talking with a supervisor got my package delivered on the third attempt. They apparently only try twice. I'm quite irritated and angry a driver can get away with this. They're paid to deliver things. It's pathetic service. The third attempt the driver buzzed and delivered the package to the lobby without waiting for me to accep it. Pretty cowardly. Terrible company.
Customer service is non existent. When you submit email inquires they are clearly a copy and paste answer. When you reply, you'll get no response back. I received emails from \Ashish\, \Surbhi\, \Sarabjot\, and \Anjan\. Every email gave me a different answer for why my package was never dispatched. Finally called the 800 number to speak to a representative who also was no help at all. Basically my package has just been sitting in the Calgary facility (confirmed by electronic tracking). T force refuses to dispatch for delivery but also will not let me pick it up, claiming there is a second package they never received (which is not true, my sender confirmed one package only). Then the rep gave me a fake second tracking number that doesn't even exist when I enter it into tracking online. Its now been almost 3 weeks of them \holding\ my package in the Calgary facility. This company needs a LOCAL rep and phone number to sort out these issues.
Package delivered in error to wrong address. Been trying to get T-Force to pick up package to correct their mistake. 3rd day and no one has bothered to even come back to our address. Eventually, contacted correct destination and we coordinated to do T-Force's job for them. Not very reliable. T-Force should change name to T-Farce! Choose someone else for your courier needs.
