I was supposed to receive a package but was getting no updates. I submitted an inquiry on their website and never received a response. TForce then cancelled my delivery stating that the sender never gave them a parcel. The sender ensures me the package was sent out so I do not understand what happened to it once TForce received it. When I talked to customer service about it they were extremely rude and told me there is nothing they can do.

Update: Company reached out and hoping to receive my package today! It has been a week and I haven't received my package. It has been sitting on their location for a week now. I did contact them thrice but no one contacted me back! I have 2 packages with them but one arrived same day they scanned it on the 20th of October. 2nd package was scanned the 20th too but never delivered. Now it has been a week and still no updates. Very disappointing!
Says they attempted to deliver the package but couldn't as \the business is closed\ yet it is a residential address and no one has come to the door.
May 27, 2020 Calgary, Alberta Tforce Final Mile (formerly Dynamex) has lazy lying drivers that lie about that they dont have access to the apartment complex even though they have a buzzer in the lobby, and lie about having Covid 19 rules that tell them that they can't drop a package by your door. So they leave the package in the lobby for anyone to take.
Worst tha dynamex supposed to be same day delivery they are 2 days late and package has been in calgary with them for 2 days and I live in calgary I hope amazon never uses this useless carrier again I've never been so mad
