Absolutely the worst and most unprofessional company I've ever dealt with. Whatever you do DO NOT get into any type of contract with this company. They will make all kinds of promises before hand but will never live up to them.

Horrendous customer "service", expensive and automatically renew your contract without notification. A small amount of plastic hangs out of the bin, and they charge you an average of 50.00 overage charge in addition to their expensive waste removal service. Sending this to our corporate lawyer, we have had enough. Cannot get through to anyone that can actually assist or answer questions. DO NOT RECOMMEND. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. STAY FAR FAR AWAY.
READ THE CONTRACT!, and then dont sign it and pick someone else, we are now with Brians Disposal, The only way supersave is still in business is because companies are stuck in their contract. A business with out consequences. The worst service, the rudest accounting department, the most arrogant rude managers, topped off by a contract that is almost impossible to get out of "with cause", and all those "wonderful" people that work there, know it and will quote clauses from that contract like scripter in a cult handbook
What others said. Do not sign a contact with them. It is auto-renewing and they increase your prices without any notifications. You will regret using them.
Deserve ZERO stars. This company is a complete scam! Won't reply to emails, don't answer phone calls, don't call back and it's nearly impossible to get out of a contract with them. DO NOT do business with these clowns.
Quite happy to take money and not take garbage. Really bad customer service, when called to correct the issue.
