I found everyone at Sunset professional and they worked with more than one family member. We needed their service twice in 4 years. From the meetings to every details of our requests and designs they never made us feel that we were a pain. They understood the emotions behind everything that we discussed. They took my parents beautiful stone and added my sisters plinth to it. Everyone that attend the burial could not believe that it was two pieces. They matched perfectly and everyone said that it turned out so beautiful. I am not ashamed to say I cried when I saw the new stone. Would I use them again, yes. Staff were very knowledgeable and shared a lot of information with us throughout the purchasing process. They were diligent in keeping communication open with any changes or set backs that occurred during construction. Installation of our columbarium was completed in snowy conditions but everything was done carefully and meticulously. Hope other projects go just as smooth in the future.
