Awful experience with Marc and Sundeck Solutions. True test of character when things don't turn out right. Simple one piece railing spanning post to post not installed square, looks bad. Never communicated to us that it would install that way. Very fast turnaround from being told face to face it was important and they wanted to make it right to an email saying they wouldn't be doing anything further and here is your invoice. We would not recommend and wish we didn't get referred to this company.
Marc, Nolan and the team at Sundeck Solutions excelled in consistent quality work throughout our new deck install last month. The entire project (even with all the normal construction activities) was a pleasure from design to final railing install. We are thrilled with our finished outdoor living space. The construction crew were reliable and professional in arriving on schedule and not rushing.They asked for our feedback often. Sundeck Solutions just finished my very large deck complete from the ground up to finished product with Seamless Glass Railing and I couldn't be happier.They were right on schedule and looked after any incidentals that arose like gas line and new footings. Very friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend them!!!!
We had a custom aluminum railing installed on our new deck and it is amazing. The quality of the finish, the welds and the fit is top notch. This will be the last railing we will ever need and it was well worth it. The attention to detail is second to none, the measuring was spot on, the fabrication department did a perfect job, the color coordination with the house trim is perfect, it really is a professional job.
