I modeled with structure for about a year. It was all false promises and Damien was NOT focusing on the models he already had. Instead he was always bringing in random people, just for money. He was constantly asking for more money too. It is a money grab. It is not an international company, more like municipal. If you want to become a model, definitely do not waste your money here. Look for a more legit company that will focus on your development!!

Damien tried scouting me and he was very unprofessional, rude, and was constantly asking for way too much money in an inappropriate manner. He spoke down to me in front of my own mother, and was not upfront about how he planned to help me- only after wasting my time did I find out it would cost hundreds and hundreds of dollars just to be featured on their website. This is not how a real agency works. Steer clear.
Structure is a wonderful company to work with. Damien and his staff are very professional and they treat me and my organization like gold. I very much recommend working with them.
Beware - it's a money grab. I "modelled" with them for over a year before I was told clients wouldnt hire me because I had bangs. So I grew out my bangs, and then got told my skin wasnt clear enough, so I went on Accutane only to be kicked off the website without being told. Was told I could be back on the website if I got a new set of headshots. Funny how they didnt have a problem with the way I looked when THEY scouted ME and I forked over hundreds for headshots the first time. I am not the only one this has happened to, either. One look at their page and you'll see dozens of girls who got headshots, never to model again.
I enjoy working with Damien & Structure. Very professional environment and it's fun shooting with the team.
Ever since signing with Structuremgmt, the agency has taken great steps in providing me with guidance to be a successful Talent and provided me with the necessary tools to be successful.
The owner of this Agency has terrible business conduct with his models! Very unprofessional and is highly prone to engaging in unethical activity. Do not sign on with StructureMgmt unless you want to be scammed and neglected! Find yourself a legitimate business elsewhere if you want to get into modelling but stay away from Damien if you don’t want to waste time and money!
