We are loving our experience so far with sterling. The ladies out in Okotoks (Luiza and Nicole) are fabulous and are making this process so smooth. We're first time home builders so we didn't know what to expect but we are THRILLED we chose sterling. Our house isn't finished yet (which is why I'm giving this a 4 for now) ️
Sales team is really great. As for warranty department it is not workingfor me. Based on my current experience, i recommend not to buy any house from this company. Warranty team is useless. Brand new house is making weird noise, roof and sofits are vibrating. We can not sleep and we regret purchasing from sterling house. So tired and frustrated, emotionally destroyed. I feel I just need to do all fix by myself and forget about them support. This is brand new house and has lots of issues. People do not buy any property from this company. They will set up day and time, usually work days. You will get off day and then one person will show to say that after one month they will be another person show up to confirm it and maybe after another month they will fix it. Still all issues exist and nobody cares that we can not comfortably live inside house. If someone from Sterling Homes want to contact with me please I am wainting for correct response here publicly. Once again People do not buy house from Sterling Homes, save your nervous cells, money and time. Worst experience ever, it must be very happy experience of first home but it became more nightmare. Update March 28/2021: - Send an email to Annet, warranty supervisor let's see what they will come up. - Called sales representative Brady, really great person. Only he is helping me on this. He said he will try to help me.
We built our forever bungalow in Sirocco just moved in 2 weeks ago. Our entire process was fantastic. Before we even signed anything, Sarah customized our home on paper giving us everything we wanted. Any change, concern, she was right there with us and made our first experience building a home so easy. Once construction began, dealing with Craig, site supervisor was just as great. He answered any question we had, was always courteous, and accessible and worked with us for any changes we had and also had great recommendations. We are so grateful for our experience, would highly recommend this team to build your dream home.
Fantastic people to deal with at the showhome!! We are now building with them in Ravenswood and couldn't be happier!!
