Startech have given us the best service for over 12 years. Frank and Robert have supplied the best technology to us and have never missed a deadline. Service above and beyond. They have access to enterprise class hardware that many other local suppliers can't be bothered to supply. The hands on and honest approach Robert brings is unheard of nowadays.
Horrible services! Claim to be professionals but cannot repair simple issues then charge you for nothing. We ended up figuring it out on our own. Hope no one falls for this joke of a service. Seems like they’ve done this before.

Experts in scamming clients. The worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Had to hire a proper IT specialist to fix repairs that they “ just couldn’t get to the bottom of” charged extra for phone calls. Then they contacted us saying sonicwall needs to be installed for additional 800. Keep your money in your pocket and don’t fall for the scam! Mx. Frank should never be dealing with clients. Zie is a complete moron, highly unstable person who snaps at clients. Remember you work for us not the other way around!
