Just got my gaming desktop here also got some discount on office product as well. I like this location because first of all they have lots of stock whereas other staple locations tend to have none and do not seem to bother to help me out. Whereas this location was full of support from the start to the end, very specific and very helpful. I will come back for sure to buy my laptop next year.

Staples is Staples...the customer service that we received from Francine yesterday was above and beyond. She was engaging and sincere. She made an unpleasant experience just a little bit better. Francine, you are amazing!!!
While this store is reasonably well laid out and the staff are helpful. There are some negatives. The touch screen for the Order on line Kiosk is inconsistent in responsiveness to touch. My main issue is with the stores placement, it is NOT on-the-way TO anywhere. This store is stuck out on the edge of the city, unlike it's old location and that of the other stores, which were/are located either on the way from suburban areas, or in the middle of the business area.
Nicely laid out, clean, pleantyof parking space. Had my large prints from here. Good location in a developing shopping centre next to Stoney Trail. Helpful staff.
Pretty cool staples first of it's kind in western Canada great staff and the layout is awesome
