I have used this company many times over the past decade for their products. HOWEVER... when it comes to hiring them for service repairs They are thee most unprofessional company I have come across in my 20yrs in the sign industry. FIRST experience I had them booked to do a repair on my Roland versacam it was down for over a week. The DAY of the appointment they cancelled!! Said sorry don't know when they would be free to come and do the repair. 2 weeks my sign shop was down not the mention the in lost sales. Absolutely brutal communication. As they JUST did this to me again this past week. They gave me a day to come and look at it.. ZERO follow up and another no show.. now phone call NOTHING!
