Great place to find gently used children's and adults clothing. Always lots of adventure brands and footwear. I see lots of negative reviews posted, but I shop here almost weekly and the staff are always friendly. They also now have a new online store too! Highly recommended!!

Terribly disturbing! I dropped off various high-end items (2 tubs worth!) over six months ago (three months prior to covid onset). Items included Jimmy Choo handbag, True Religion jeans, Sam Edelman boots, Aritzia coat, Lulu .....and when I called this week to see if there was any commissions for account #9822, I was told there was 4 on my file. Robbery!!! Take your items to charity and save yourself the hassle! UPDATE: March 23, 2021 I called Sproutz this afternoon to see if any of my other items have sold, only to find out that "Management has weirdly closed your account. I don't really understand why. You will have to send them an email." Red flags all over the place.
Great place for gently used kids items. The sales staff were beyond rude to me and my two girls. My girls have a medical condition that exempts them from wearing a mask. The store attendant had a snooty attitude when I mentioned this to her. It was not appreciated.
We are so lucky to have this great local consignment shop in Calgary. There is a huge selection of baby, children's and adult clothing and footwear. New items are being put out daily. The price points are very reasonable. They also have a great selection of gently used and new toys, games, etc. The staff is kind and always working hard sorting through items to consign. I love using my consigner's credit to purchase gently used items. I visit this shop weekly and it is always a thrill when we find awesome finds. I love supporting this local business.
NEVER SHOP HERE (PLS READ) I just went to this store and picked up a pair of shoes that tagged at a little over 20 and a hoodie tagged at 14. When I went to the register to purchase them they told me these weren’t the prices and said I switched the tags somehow and refused to sell the items to me for those prices. I told them that they must’ve tagged em wrong but they were to stuck up to admit to their mistakes. They said the shoes were around 50 (way overpriced) and the hoodie was somewhere around 20 (and it was just a simple hoodie with a mall brand).
This is my favorite kids consignment store (and Uturn for women is great too)! Love the organization/layout of the clothes and easy consignment process. I always find great items.
