I can easily say that this is the best Pilates instructor I have ever worked with. Katherine creates a work out plan that is designed special for you. She adjusts the exercises based off of how you’re feeling and what your goals are. She’s very in tune with her clients and takes the time to make sure her training has a lasting effect on your body.
