Some other day I went this place to check for skate that I want. One of stuff at skate are at helped me good and explained all the detail information. Usually big shop are working like whatever they have to do. But that stuff unfortunate I could not get name. But he was great stuff. I was happy and bought the skate.

Very bad experience Today as the sales people doesn't know anything. Came to pickup an online order from NE after calling and confirming with the store they have a piece I can pick up. I came to the the store to know that I can't pick up my order. They sales people completely responsible for making me drive such a long distance for no reason totally disappointed at the store and the sales people.

Showed stock on sunday of a bike in store, went there and it was not there. Asked about some other bikes the associate had no idea what I was talking about, didnt even know where the derailleur on a bike was nor or the differences between each bike which was frustruating. I'd reccomomend anyone needing a bike to talk the associates at deerfoot meadows, they were able to find me the bike and order it, they said they would also build the bike for free!! Much better service at that location

Bought ripzone winter boots for my son in October, they are worn down so much on the bottom that his socks are getting wet. Called about getting them replaced since it's still winter and because it's been more than 60 days there's nothing they will do. Spend the extra on sorels or bogs, at least they last an entire season or more.

Went to purchase some clothes, golf balls and bike gear. Poor help from associates who were not knowledgeable. The associate got the manager who passed us off as if he didn’t have the time. It will be very difficult to return to the 130 ave Sport Chek because of poor service and low stock. My suggestion is Sport Chek to pay a bit more money to get better help for customers and restock shelves better. Basically hire workers who have a desire to help customers because they are paid well to do it.
