Worst customer service ever, the host is very unprofessional and impolite. I was there at 1 pm and there was no chef to provide food as he was gone for pray in the mosque, Can you believe it? lunch time is between 11 am to 3 pm as advertised and they did not serve us food, because chef was out of restaurant . even they did not apologize. Also, all the tables were full of used dished from customer who were finished their food. such a dirty place. I wish I could give ZERO star, but I have to give 1
Very disappointed! We hosted our wedding dinner at the restaurant (about 65 people), we had booked it 4 months in advance (paid a deposit and picked out the menu), we went 3 days before the set date only to find out that the new owner had double booked us. Obviously this was quite stressful but the owner said he'll cancel the other booking because we were first to book. He demanded we pay him upfront so he can pay back the party that he cancelled - being so close to the wedding we agreed. The day of, it was hot and smokey in the restaurant, the glass tables weren't cleaned. We had a buffet and once the guest were finished the plates were not picked up. Initially the owner agreed to cut and serve our cake but on the day of he said no, he wouldn't even look at us and the staff was very rude. We've gone to this restaurant plenty of times when it was under the previous owner had nothing but positive things to say, but now, we will not be dining here ever again and I highly wouldn't recommend this place. To be honest the food is amazing, but due to all the battles we had, it's sad that it turned out this way. Kudos to the chef but the owner needs to learn how to manage a business.
East Indian/ Pakistani restaurant. Most of the times food is good. Some times (especially Weekday evenings) are pathetic. May be reheat the already cooked food. Fridays and week ends food is good. Current management, service is very poor. Takes a lot of time for delivery. prices range. Road side parking.
I have had excellent experience with the food and service every-time I have come here. They are unusually busy during weekends, so its better to made a reservation ahead of time. Food is great if you order from the menu compared to what they offer at their lunch time buffets. Overall pleasant atmosphere/service and great food.
good service and different taste. Actually it is good taste of food. well, its a bit expensive. if you like pickles then must try their food because they have the taste in their dishes of two countries.
Just had dinner here tonight with a few friends. The food is amazing!!!! Have ate her numerous times, the service and food is always amazing!! The butter chicken here is honestly the best in the city! Must try!!!! Thanks for yet another great experience, will be back again next week lol !
With authentic and brilliant menu. The chef was eager too prepare a special request for my friend. The restaurant brings you a feeling of being in the moment of a rare treat for yourself.
