So many duplicate shoe stores at Chinook. THIS is a shoe store with ample selection of styles, bought two pairs as one was on sale and so I splurged for the second. A new favourite.

I went to store today to get a gift for my wife around 3 PM, the lady in the store wasn't welcoming and didn't help me get what i want, i went to the same store last summer and still remember her giving me cold service, i thought she might had a bad day, but today it was the same way. Anyway, the store was good with a variety of selection but her way give me not a very good impression. The winter boot is little tight for my wife, I will go tomorrow to return it, and get different size from different location.

If 0 stars were an option, that’s what it would be. They are discriminatory and won’t serve you if you are not a certain type. Very poor professionalism here.

They should have a better process for people to pick up their online orders. Had to wait in line with 6 people in front of me to pick up an order I had already paid for because they'd reached capacity. Isn't the point of ordering ahead the convenience? Even called into the store to see if they could bring it to the front of the store to speed things up and was told to wait in line. Ridiculous.
