They offer no low income housing. Our city is in the midst of a massive housing crisis and not only are Slokker Homes profiting off it, they seem to be doing nothing to alleviate it - even though they are precisely the people in a position to do something about it. Socially irresponsible company.

Recently purchased one of their upcoming Aspen Spring townhomes. Tanya was excellent to work with, was very prompt in answering any questions I had, and made me feel very comfortable with my decision to buy with them. Would highly recommend!

I’m renting a townhouse that is part of the axxess building by MRU. The property manager can take days or weeks to reply to emails. The place hadn’t been cleaned before I started renting it and they didn’t have it cleaned after I moved in, even though they said they would right away. I understand that it’s a business, but you’d think they would want to make a good name for them selves. I moved in near the end of November and they weren’t even going to prorate the rent for that month until I asked them too. Slimy.. Now that I have to turn the keys over and forfeit my damage deposit for breaking the lease, because I’m relocating for work, I can’t even get ahold of the property manager to set up a day and time after several emails and texts. I wouldn’t get involved with these guys!
