Silver Sage is the only place I purchase meat. Feeding my family top quality meat that has been humanely raised on the land and free from hormones and antibiotics is important to me. The frozen burgers that are perfectly seasoned are a favourite. Staff are very knowledgable on the various cuts of meat and helpful with cooking suggestions. Highly recommend!

The meat is ok but very expensive. Since covid their staff never wear masks, cough while touching their face then touch your products without sanitising... I asked the lady with the glasses to put her mask on properly before and she got really rude. Even the people in the back handling the raw meat don't wear masks! They're breathing all over the meat without protection. Sanitize anything you buy from them and make sure you cook things very well, they are a health risk.
This is THE only place I buy my beef. This family is the best.
I was extremely disappointed in the poor customer service I received today. I ordered lamb sirloin chops, apparently this was incorrect, as when I showed up I received tiny lamb chops. The lady then proceeded to argue with me that that is what I ordered. I had wanted lamb sirloin but instead of clarifying my email order she just assumed that's what I wanted. Normally I've received great service, however they have now lost a customer. I will also let others know what poor service I received. Thankfully there are many other great vendors at the market.

Bought 2 ribs steaks with high expectations of butcher quality beef ... disappointed .... they were average at best
Just ate here and it was delicious!! Meat is so soft and tender. Cooked to perfection! I had the roast beef melt, definitely recommend it! It was really messy, ended up having to eat my sandwich with a fork and knife which was no matter. They also aren't stingy with the meat, my sandwich was fully loaded! Its a bit pricey (10-14 per sandwich) but definitely worth it. I can't wait to go back and try their burgers.
Their burgers to go are delicious, as are their raw meats. Their ground beef is cheaper than any organic, free range beef at a grocery store. Their frozen burger patties have become a favourite too, very quick and easy to make but always impresses everyone with their amazing flavour.
