Navneet was very helpful in helping us locate the shoes we found on their website (can't check store stock from the website, but she looked up multiple pairs in their system. Even though the Sunridge store didn't have them in stock, she found the pair we wanted at another location close by). She was patient, helpful, knowledgeable, and measured my daughter's feet to make sure we were looking for the right size. It was a pleasant experience shopping here!

Buyer Beware! Recently saw a post online of a customer receiving, filthy, heavily worn shoes and giving the customer grief when asking for a refund!! Just not acceptable as a business practice!

Good prices and ok selection for womens shoes. Sometimes hard to find size 5 or 5.5 women's but they offer you free shipping if you order through the store. Service depends on what manager is working, sometimes you get greeted immediately when you walk in and sometimes they won't notice you until you walk out. However store is messy and it looks like they don't have enough people working on the floor sometimes. Other than that it's a good place to shop.
