My initial meeting was with Josef to get my 2003 Z4 in for insurance inspection and he was fantastic explaining what will be done and costing. The inspection was followed up with Zuhair and I was very happy with the report, the knowledge and more overly their appreciation of the costs; would could be done later and what actually needed to be done. Unfortunately the list my little toy needs is long, but based on the quotes I know Shenis is THE place to take my Z4. Great people and great Service

I always have taken all my vehicles to dealerships, until now. I took my 7 series to Sheni's for a repair. In the beginning, I was a bit concerned, never visit a shop that wasn't a Dealership before. Definitely, it was the best advice that I took from my Warranty Company. These guys are great. The staff is very friendly and took the time to explain all the process. They were in contact with me all the time and updating me with the delivery of the parts. They told me 12 days in the shop and my car was perfectly fixed, washed, cleaned and out in 7 days. Drives and feels excellent, haven't had any issues. I definitely recommend Sheni's Auto-Trend to BMW owners and stop paying a crazy amount of to dealerships.
We really like Sheni's. We are now getting both of our bmw's serviced here. They are really passionate about their cars and the preventative focus is great. All of their people have been great even when sometimes the news isn't what you want to hear. Very professional, very knowledgeable and I trust them.
If BMW is the ultimate experience, then Sheni’s Auto is the Ultimate shop. Solid team! Friendly and credible service. I was referred to this shop from a good buddy of mine. We brought a BMW X1 that had an Oil a pressure message come up on iDrive, and an engine light from Edmonton to Calgary. They gave an instant appointment right after father’s day weekend on a Monday morning bright and early. Great experience, they treat all of their customers with respect as far as what I went through and the others who I observed going in and out of the shop. With all of the rare cars I saw, let alone the truthful service I got. You should bring in your car here or drive one of their ready made beauties out. I really mean it. Good work comes at a fair price, and I’m super happy that I found value in this shop. Thank you to Anke, Adrian, Zuhair and the rest of the team at the shop!
