So far, they're getting a 5 star rating. After 20 years with Economical Insurance and my premiums going up and up and up, despite my driver history being flawless, my insurance sky rocketed to over 1900 for the year. Sharp is 1275 for the year. Easiest switch ever. Thank you for being reasonable and friendly thus far!

After my premiums went up with my previous provider went the rate caps were removed, I called around to see what the current auto insurance rates being offered were. I was offered a lower rate and decided to go with Sharp. When I received the contract, it stated a much higher price than what was initially offered without a reasonable explanation. After more conversations I decided to move forward with them as the higher price would still be lower than my renewal. Then, AFTER signing the documents, I was informed that the premiums had went up after the policy was submitted. They would not honour the price that was quoted on the contract. Cancelling the policy now involves paying for the two weeks of coverage as well as a month's worth of premiums. Annoyed but if this is how you're treated as a new customer, then I'd rather avoid the headaches of when you actually have to submit a claim.
