I was out condo shopping with a friend who was looking to purchase. While being shown units at Shane homes Mark101 multifamily complex with Brooke, I realized that I had to have one of the units for myself. It's been a year since I purchased and absolutely love it! Brooke was so good to work with, friendly, professional, knowledgeable. I think most important was Brooke made the process and experience fun. Also Kent and Desmond were fabulous when doing walk through and inspections. Thanks to Shane homes and all the great people at Mark101. and yes, the friend also purchased in the other building!
