It took some time...guess a little patience is the reward in itself. Opened up my business accounts with Scotiabank. The location is good, the staff are pleasant to deal with it...feel that I can deal with these folks long term as I grow my business.

Aniket helps me multiple times a week. Guy is always on point, friendly and helpful. The rest of the team at this branch are always excellent as well.
Worst customer service ever. Kaelyn (supervisor I think) thinks she owns the bank and runs it with that perspective. Arrogant & unkind. Not sure how she’s allowed to work there. RBC is 500 times better.
Very poorly designed bank with way too much dead space. Quick and friendly staff though.
Pretty friendly staff, could be a little slow depending on when you go in, but they tried to help in every aspect possible.
