Had a fantastic stay at SAIT Residence. Large room, comfortable bed with epic views of the Rocky Mountains. The hotel room was extremely clean, great amenities and located conveniently on SAIT campus. Would definitely stay here again.

For a dorm it probably would be good but we stayed for the weekend as a hotel service. The bed was very uncomfortable and small and no towels were provided so I had to go buy new ones to be able to shower. (so just know to bring your own towels) I found it difficult to locate where to check in and the parking they provided was very far away even though there were many available parking lots closer. As well the \breakfast\ provided was a wrap made the day before and reheated which had shredded turkey in it (I'm a vegetarian) and they suggested i just pick out the little bits of meat that are spread through the whole thing. On the plus side, we were there for a wedding which was on campus and it was a beautiful place for the wedding and very convenient to be in walking distance after the ceremony. The grounds are very nice to walk around. The room was clean and they had very good smelling soaps provided. Also the shower was the best water pressure and heat ever! So a mixed bag but overall not the worst place I have stayed in
The lady that runs this place is very rude!
Nice clean rooms. There were towels and soaps provided. Parking and a 9 breakfast voucher for tim Hortons, denny's or Starbucks on campuses included which was awesome. Only real complaints were the beds were uncomfortable. It seems they were passed their best before date. And there was no temperature control for the room so the room was a bit warm. Opening the window to cool the room caused wind noise. Small complaint. Over all it was a great price and the staff was friendly.
Staying here as a student sucks. Its very loud all the time and you can hear everyone above you and around you 24/7. The front desk staff are not very friendly, and the hot water has been broken twice now and no posters are put up letting us know. no emails are sent out to update everyone on the problem. Students wouldn't even know the there was an actual problem unless they called down to the front desk. Otherwise you're just assuming hot water doesn't exist in the place. And even when you call down a lot of the time the front desk doesn't even know and doesn't look into it for you and just tells you they don't know. If the hot water is broken like it has been twice now, students should be updated on the details of when it'll be fixed. Its over priced and managed poorly.
