I have nothing to complain about the building and the staff. I lived in a townhouse for and then moved to the apartment building and I loved it there. The building is located in a premium area and it is very well maintained by the staff. The staff is very professional and attentive to your inquiries and concerns about the property. 100% recommended to anyone looking to move a few steps from the bow river at a good value.

One of the worst managed companies. Do not rent from these people. I have rented all my life and this company is truly one of the worst I have ever dealt with.
I've been renting from Sable for 8 years and they consistently treat me like a number. You would think that there would be some level of customer service ... but you'd be wrong.
Stay away.
