S2 Bridal gave me the best experience, I felt welcomed as soon as I came through the doors. They listened to needs and helped me find the perfect dress within my budget. They then helped me alter the dress to fit me perfectly. I would highly suggest S2 Bridal to any brides out there looking for their perfect dress.

S2 Bride is a beautiful bridal salon and I am honoured to have found my dress there. Finding ‘the one’ was not easy, and despite my sometimes indecisiveness, Lisa was always patient, helpful and non-pressuring. From the first appointment I booked, to the last, I was always impressed with the level of customer care and attentiveness they showed my family and I. Thank you Lisa and S2 Bride for such a lovely experience.
Don't let the location fool you. This store has a lot of amazing dresses. They are high quality. The dresses are easy to see not all bunched together like other shops so you can't see them. The shop is very professional. Lisa was amazing. She was patient and offered suggestions when asked but otherwise let us decide what we liked. She was able to fit the dresses to make them look amazing. Best bridal experience!
I came here with my Aunt for her dress, and when we arrived (without appointment) we were treated very well. The selection is small but very high quality dresses. Much less overwhelming. It was a long day of trying things on and I was pleased to have a spot to sit as I was pregnant at the time. My Aunt ended up with a S2 dress and I believe a big part of the decision was based on the boutique itself
Poor customer service, the girl working seemed bored and not willing to help. I was told I should stick to a certain style of dress because of my size (I'm tall and a size 10/12, not a 22). Left and ended up buying my dress from Ethos, which had a much better selection, friendly staff and were more than happy to work with my 'size' and unlimited budget.
I loved my experience at S2, the girls were very nice and professional. I actually went in when there heater was broken during winter, but they had informed me right away on the phone and asked if I would like to reschedule. I decided to brave the cold anyways and it wasn't too bad since I warmed up while trying on the dresses. They were super patient and had enjoyed my appointment!
My friend made a reservation for us to try dresses and when we went there they weren't open? No one called us to reschedule no one answered the phone or tried contacting us to see why we haven't showed up? Definitely won't recommend this place to my girlfriends who are getting married and they Lost potential business for that mistake.
The staff were unhelpful with picking out gowns and ignored the importance of asking for a price point. The selection was very small and had very little variety. We weren't told that all the dresses on the the entire left side of the store were all discontinued, until the end of the appointment and didn't get told that they were sold as is. They also weren't organized by size or price point. Very disappointing experience. We walked in and out in less than 15 minutes because there was just nothing we would have even considered buying based on the service.
