I've attempted to buy a motorcycle twice at a local dealership here on Vancouver Island as the Salesman recommended Ryde as "Good guys" to deal with..NOT the case. After jumping through all the hoops they asked for I was Still denied financing. I'm self employed and provided plenty of proof of Cash income including my bank statements. I was told by the salesman congratulations you're approved. So I prepared to go buy the motorcycle. Then before I could get out the door I received another message..Oh sorry they denied you..Again. So Thanks RYDE for saving me the 500 dollar finance fee WHAT A RIP OFF. I'll take my cash in hand and buy a motorcycle without the hassle or Expense of dealing with you people. Why would I give my money to a financial lender who will jerk you around like that. My intuition told me not to do the deal because I'd likely be treated badly. Anyone thinking about using these people should think twice and go somewhere else.

I honestly don't know where to start with this finance company there beyond unprofessional very unorganized staff, they never make any sense in what they say. The manager "Jessica Gardner" is very uneducated herself has no customer service skills, has no phone manner, they're your typical thief finance company charge you an arm and a leg the interest rates are through the roof, I would recommend staying away from this finance company they mistreat customers and have no appreciation for the business you give them if I could give them a 0 Star I would!!!!!!!

I've been making all my payments and no report has been given to the credit bureau, even after I called the office . I was treated rudely and made feel like I dont matter if I could give a lower score I would
