Terribly awful customer service, if I could give negative stars I absolutely would. We used to use this company as our main supplier but after they forced us to switch sales people over to Martin it has been a terrible experience; so much so that we found it in our best interests to completely switch suppliers. I've never before had the pleasure of dealing with a company that sees you the customer as a such an inconvenience to them, from the sales desk to the shipper and even the shop people loading you. The customer service in this company is completely non existent. Would not recommend this steel supplier, there are much better options out there. We use Varsteel now and are much happier with not only the customer service but also the pricing.

Say they're open at 7. Maybe they are, but the won't load customers trucks till 9. Older staff operating cranes outside, start the conversation by yelling at you. 1 Young fellow working inside was great to deal with. I hope not to return.
Review from a customers point of view, I receive accurate quotes promptly, they answer the phone on my first call, pricing is good, quality of metal is good, accurately delivered on expected date by a friendly driver. Only downside is that they have sister companies that sell seamless pipe and specialty metals (cold rolled) and they will not sell compete with them, so I have to go to other suppliers for those certain items. But knowing that going in, I am 100% satisfied with Russel Metals

Love this place....going there from last 14 yrs and its kleysen's one of the best customers,great people very hard working guys, always helpful ,specially Shane,Ramil,Conor and other guys too....truly appreciate their service.
