I've been fortunate to work with the team at Royal Flush on a number of occasions now and have always had a positive experience. I used to take my business and clientele to other suppliers but now deal exclusively with RF whenever possible. Great customer service and communication and all of the staff are very knowledgeable and willing to work with me on any size budget. Their broad selection and quality of products is the best I've seen in the city and they continue to adapt and expand their product offering.

Royal Flush goes above and beyond for customer service! This shop is truly top of the line. A wonderful employee, Susan, helped me resolve a warranty issue on a tub that wasn't even purchased through RF. She was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and followed up with me right away. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone whether you are building your dream home or just upgrading your current living spaces!

I'm a General Contractor in the city, and I was tasked with finding a part for a very unique vanity tap set. I'm posting this review because I have had a wonderful experience with Rik today. Not only was he extremely helpful in finding a part on a long discontinued from a local rep, he provided the manual to change the thing. My customer will be very happy with this, which in turn makes me look like the hero. I couldn't be happier with the service I was given today. A nice high end bathroom store. My kids were crazy and the staff was patient. Parking is paid street parking only we had to park a few blocks away.
