Best boxing gym in Calgary! Roger is a hands-on instructor, legit boxer/fighter, and above all.. a great motivator. He leads the class with great enthusiasm and very proud of his craft. He will start from fundamentals of boxing, and gradually teach us intermediate to advance boxing skills. No, we don’t have a DJ in this gym. But he always rocks his non-stop boxing playlist, 90s hip-hop and Drake’s ‘Money in the grave’. Roger is very focused to teach you the basic foundation of boxing without the unnecessary noise of EDM music and steamy-dark room of the pretentious ‘modern boxing gym’. All the members here were amazing and fun to be with. At first I was intimidated by their loud punches and long-smooth combos, but they’re also here to help you to improve your skills and motivate you to come back for another awesome class. I can’t stress this enough but ROGELIO BOXING is one of the best small businesses here in Calgary. Authentic and pro-people, not money-grabber. TRY IT OUT!!!

Rogelio boxing is hands down the best in Calgary. Roger is the most amazing boxing coach I have ever encountered. He really knows how to individualize and tailor your training based on your needs and goals. Rogelio boxing has turned my life around in so many ways!
