My husband and I built our home with Chris at Riverview Custom Homes and we can honestly say that it was a pleasure to work with him and his his crew, and to see what we envisioned become a reality. They were professional, trustworthy, and very skilled at their crafts and were great to collaborate with. If we build another home in Calgary it will definitely be with Riverview again! Chris York and his team at Riverview built a custom home for us in Rosedale, NW Calgary, and I must say we are very pleased with the outcome. Costs were within 3% of budget, and the variance was mostly due upgrades that I subsequently requested. Time wise, we were spot on. What I appreciated most through out the build was the responsiveness and overall honesty and professional approach. Not being knowledgeable about construction, it was important for me to have someone I could trust, and I always felt that I got clear and straight answers. I met the owner of Riverview, Chris, in one of his show homes in the NW. I can honestly say it is the nicest custom home I've ever seen!
