Had Graeme repair and replace a humidifier in the house. Had an emergency come up so called an hour before our scheduled time to communicate the delay. Appreciate that. Got everything done quickly, tidied the area when he finished and had the invoice sent the same day. Very professional and excellent work.

Absolute perfection from start to finish. Responded quickly , the overall ease of booking an appointment was a pleasure on it's own where the big companies charge an outrageous amount to come at night. Was early for the agreed upon time , had the supplies that I didn't know that was needed . Everything looked amazing when finished !!!!!! The hot water tank for our condo building kicked the bucket on a Saturday. Luckily Ritchie's saved the day. They responded immediately, sourced a new commercial tank and had us up and running later that day. Graeme even returned the next day to make sure the new tank was running optimally. Very prompt, professional and great quality service at very reasonable rates.

In this day and age when you don't have the time to really search out a reputable contactor that you can trust, trust Graeme to deal with your problems. My landlord had him come in and deal with my water heater issues and he was a pro. Not just saying this Boys and Girls.. I never met the guy before in my life.
