I honestly used to love fiasco it was my favorite gelato place in the city, and i had some really great times there, but since they have rebranded to Righteous its just not the same. The name is pretty pretty bad as well as their whole controversy with BLM. i probably wont be back.

Delicious gelato served by the scoop! I got mine in a waffle cone (made on site!) and it was great. The peaches and cream flavor is awesome, but the hot chocolate flavor is my favorite! The staff is also super friendly. You can see the workers in the factory working through the glass wall, which is a neat touch.
Underwhelming, overpriced. Just about sums up this place.
Just wanted to thank the customer service team member Kristen for the most amazing experiance, I had ordered 8 pints of gelato and it was mistakenly sent to my billing address, I emailed the team and let them know and by 8am I received an email and my order was refilled and personally delivered to my house by a team member within the hour , this is 100% amazing customer service I have experienced in a very long time , keep up the great work guys and thanks for personally delivering your amazing gelato I'll have one happy 2.5 year old later in the day when he can taste the new flavours
Culture. The brand and the work culture is incredibly positive, which has led a team of people with big hearts impacting the people.... and they also produce the most innovative and amazing gelato!
I don't know who you are guys, how and WHY you are doing this. All I wanted to say is that I used to buy the "Fiasco" gelato for a long time, and that was a TRUE MARVEL, and then some day it was rebranded to "Righteous" and since that moment is has been just a second-class "the-more-fat-and-sugar-the-better" ice cream. At the first try I was still under a delusion that it was a poor quality batch, then gave it another try a couple of months later - no, alas... it's still just a regular sugar-filled sugar-topped sugar-infused and sugar-flavored ice cream with a ton of fat in it. You can buy the same at a fraction of price from generic brands. You effectively managed to ruin the brand and the quality. Puke. Sayonara...
bland and sweet , what a waste of money. Tastes like low grade frozen fruit blended with sugar
This gelato is some of the best I’ve ever tasted!!! The Earl Grey London Fog one is very good. A must try!
