I am giving a review on David the maintenance guy from Ridgeview. He is amazing!! Always so polite and kind. He gets the job done fast!! If there is anyone at boardwalk I could recommend to deal with, it would be him.
Nice property. Fair sized units. It's very well kept and the lawn in well maintained. Good neighbours and quite. There's a little corner store and liquor store close by, makes getting snacks and drinks easy. Nice open lawns and there's a couple parka and soccer fields close by so great for children and families.
My friend and i move out 1months ago at this new place and they promised us washer and dryer after a 1week, and they took almost 1 months, so we didn't be able to wash are clothed because the landlord promise us, they will send us a new dryer and washer After the first week!! We had to talk to them to get it done? It is not my job to remind them all the time! So they lie to us, really really bad organization and communication !!!!!!
Great customer service and friendly staff. Hanna is a joy to talk to. My maintenance needs are met right away with courtesy and professionalism. The neighbors I have met are fantastic. I highly recommend calling this rental community home.
