This pharmacy and all of their staff are absolutely incredible! I go so far out of my way just to use this pharmacy as it is the best I've found! The staff are an absolute treat to talk to and so knowledgeable. If you are looking for a long-term trusted pharmacy, Rideau is the real deal.

Outstanding customer service! My elderly mother uses Rideau Pharmacy and they have personally gone above and beyond many times to take care of her medication needs. I am so very grateful to the entire staff! They are always on top of every situation with my mother, and being that I live out of town, they work with me to keep me posted on her situation. It is very difficult to find a business that truly cares about their customers, but the staff team here provide 'First Class Customer Care', which in turn, helps to give me peace of mind for my mother.
