Ever since a few of the cashiers left it has really gone down hill... was great up until 2-3 months ago. Big difference in customer service...

I went to the post office in Rexall today to mail off 11 Christmas cards, I was so excited when there was no line at all and 2 employees working the counter. I was informed that they didn't have any stamp packs and I should go ask the cashier up front if she had any and then come back. Excuse me, is that not your job? Plus there was a big line up front to talk to the cashier. So I left, and HAPPILY stood in line at a VERY busy shoppers to mail off my cards with no incompetence from their staff. No wonder Rexall is always quite.
Super disappointed since the renos. The staff is friendly and helpful, I'm just sad that it went from a fun little drugstore with some fun finds to yet another generic, overpriced chain. Um also, I'm probably being petty but they just spent 2million-ish turning into another village of the damned and the front doors work sporadically at best
Great prompt service from the cashier and cosmetics I did notice that when they paged a manager for a question that i had i noticed upper management was not interested in coming down to the floor and actually helping me... (Overheard it on her mini mic) The cashier looked embarrassed and did her best to page management but it seemed they could of use different or better management. Long story short both the cashier and cosmetics lady helped me to find what I was looking for and the question I had.
Wife purchased Jamieson Melatonin 10 mg , 100 Caplets yesterday for 24.99, we discussed the price after we opened the bottle - I remember seeing the the same bottle (Jamieson Melatonin 10 mg , 100 Caplets) in Wallmart the previous day ( Sunday ) for 15 and change , wife visited wallmart and and yes the same product costs 15.47 -we were charged 62% higher. Wife went back to Rexall and spoke to Manager - Responses , that is our price . I would me insane to shop any thing at Rexall in future.
