Concierge Membership is designed around the time conscious business professional with a larger home and who has an uncompromising requirement for total home care. The member's experience is of a comprehensive yet non-intrusive approach on keeping your home in top working order. What do you get with your membership? General & Senior Membership: For homes up to 2000sq'​ it includes quarterly visits with 2 man hours per visit. The first hour is dedicated to a comprehensive home checklist and the second hour is reserved for a 'Honey-Do'​ list of items. Concierge Membership: For homes up to 5000sq'​ and includes quarterly visits with 5 man hours per visit. Typically the home checklist gets completed in about 2 - 2 1/2 hours then the last 2 1/2 hours are dedicated to a 'Honey-Do'​ list of items. *On all three of the memberships a window and gutter cleaning every Spring and Fall are completed as part of one of the quarterly services.
