Been a fun ride with this company. HR is doing an outstanding job, field supervisor is an awesome guy who cares about employees and gives us the tools to succeed.

I applied for kitchen , got thrown into housekeeping.. i had to look after 3 trailers in the time it took to do 1. Kept asking me to work extra days, and calli g me back early on my rotation. I told them i nad a bad back. Due to the extra 2 trauilers.and little recovery rime, I am now disabled and never can work again. They refised to pay me for all the over time and didnt give a flip what happened asa result. TERRIBLE company. Dont work for them.
I’d be very careful in accepting a job with this company. I know somebody who was hired at Red Rock, did one rotation when they needed her to, and then was shown the door once they had gotten what they needed from her. The company is so sleazy and under-handed that they even asked her to stay for extra days, and then fired her after she did them, with no explanation whatsoever.
Really Good People taking care of us when in Camp
In the camp catering industry, Redrock has proved to be very below average in their catering, management, staff treatment and wages. They are merely a company who got greedy during the oil "boom", bit off more than they can chew, and now that they are in a competetive market where clients are insisting on professional management of camps and catering, they are struggling to find their footing. I suggest not working for or using their catering or accomodations.
Stay Away - huge staffing rotation, this company is a joke. Worked there for a month. POOR management and no clue how to manage.
Everybody is evacuating fort mc mcmurray because of the the Wildfire. But the company is risking employees to stay and work. And the accommodation for employees is very bad..I understand is a fire camp but Employees should be comfortable and know that they are at no risk where they are working.
