We had a leak hidden in the ceiling. After preliminary investigation, both DIY and professional intervention options were offered to help us keep our costs well managed. We decided to go the professional intervention route, and pinhole leaks were discovered and corrected in great time. Great service and quality work.
When the sewer backed up on the weekend, Rooter came out on a Sunday afternoon! There was no fuss that I called on the weekend nor did I feel I was charged a premium. Everything they said they would do they did in an utmost professional manner and in the time they told me. If that's how they conduct themselves on a Sunday imagine what they will do during the week? I never thought I'd be pleased about a sewer backup. I was. I highly recommend Rooter Plumbing & Heating.
