QMM were professional and very responsive. I had my goods packed in Calgary and then stored for many months. Last week I received delivery to my new home in Kelowna. The team that performed the delivery were professional and helpful. I have only had 1 broken glass in all of my belongings (there were a lot). I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. I have used them 3 times in the last 6 years! Thank you

Our move across Canada during the pandemic was extremely stressful. Steve/Angela managed the whole thing seamlessly with the utmost professionalism. QMM was exceptionally good. The move coordinators that I worked with in both Toronto and Calgary were very responsive and the driver was just as good at keeping me updated on the move. The most impressive thing was how friendly everyone is. I wasn't expecting much going in because there are a lot of horror stories about moving companies, but QMM was one of the most professional businesses that I have worked with in a long time.
I recently used QMM for my move from Calgary to Houston. Everything was fantastic. The moving crews at both ends were extremely professional and efficient. The quote was accurate, and everything was as promised. Would highly recommend.
I would give a 0 star if possible but that's not an option at all. Horrible customer service. Emailed for a quote, never got a reply. Then called for a quote and was told someone from the sales team will call me back. No one ever called me back.
