I went here to have a patch put on some jeans and a zipper replaced... patch cost 18 and zipper replacement was 25. Didnt expect it to cost that much so didn't think anything of them not writing down the cost on the slip when I dropped off the jeans.... did some quick research and other places are literally 10 cheaper on each repair... should have just bought new jeans. Lol. Terrible taking advantage of people. Good repair, but never going back due to their filthy business practice. Shame on you.

I've been coming to you for years and I like u guys but you made me upset today. I'm spending 40 on the cleaning I'm picking up today and notice the hem is partially down on the pants I'm wearing. You fixed it in 10 seconds which was nice. But charging me 6 was not nice. Especially since I spend hundreds of dollars a year with you. Even after I told you that it would be a nice gesture to do it for free you let me walk away annoyed. I expected better treatment for a loyal customer.
