My office's lobby is closed due to the COVID--19 pandemic (we're open by appointment only). However, a phone and a phone list is provided by the door, allowing delivery drivers to call when leaving a package. In fact we have a sign stating this. We have people working in the office ready to accept packages, however the Purolator driver did not call once when attempting twice to deliver over a 2 day period. Before the third delivery attempt, I called Purolator and provided delivery instructions (the call center person was very nice, and apparently I just missed the driver). Later in the day I recalled, to ask if they would arrive today, call center stated no. However I received a call at the end of my work day from the delivery driver, who was attempting delivery again. However at this point our office staff had gone home. Fourth's time the charm right? Final verdict: Call center - 5 Stars, Delivery People - 0 Stars.

Quick and easy drop off and pick up. Usually no line or it just a short wait. Easy to find parking.
My shipper did not even call me when my package arrived and i was home the entire day waiting for it, they also put the wrong operating hours on the sheet they left me on the front door of my apartment building. So when I went to pick up my package they were closed, and Ive been unable to reach them over the phone since no one is answering.
Staff always helpfull they got all your shipping needs covered.
This positive review is overdue. Have missed my package drop off at home a few times and have needed to come to this centre to pick it up - excellent service each time. Very efficient too! Yeah, needing to come to the shop to pick up a package might be a slight inconvenience but thankfully the staff here more than make up for it!
